Now that was a weird one --- and the person who initiated the messenger video chat -- does not have a name. It was a foreign language user and I could not understand the language that he was speaking. He entered the video chat dark with no video My friend took the phone and did some naughty things with it trying to see what the intention of the user who initiated the chat was... I placed my phone on the table and accidentally without canceling the video app. The device sat there like that 5 minutes or so when I started hearing voices and realize the phone was still on video chat. I picked up the device to see a man talking with his camera showing he has lights on. I reset my phone to terminate the video chat. Yeah well I requested mental health services years ago every three months for a year, but they never gave me a referral, and wouldn't return my calls. My doctor told me on more than one occasion incorrect information, and I only know this because she told me three different things about lab test on different occasions. A social worker at hospital assured in secret that it would never end. In the emergency room I was literally almost tourchered and had to be snuck out by friends that claimed the staff was standing around me doing things that seemed unethical, and kept demanding that they leave the room, and upon returning they said I would be in hundred times worse and almost unresponsive. My information on various private accounts is constantly being shared, actively used by other users, and it appears that there is nothing I can say or do in any situation that isn't somehow made public. I know this because I constantly say things that include hyperbole when online and even in social settings, and almost always I here the exact words pretty much per vadim said back to me soon after. Every conversation and event or situation in my life has become a series of coincidences that goes well beyond any logical probability. Not to mention anyone I meet or have any type of contact with make it evident that they are not a ally in any way shape or form including my oldest friends and my family. Harassment has been such the norm in my life, that my mind literally shuts down or disassociates the instant I recognize the pattern even on a subconscious level, which leaves me even more vulnerable to mental and emotional abuses. I'm not saying poor me, because I understand the consequences of my actions, but can not fathom how for more than half of my life I have been victimized rather than one single person or agency lend a hand, but instead insist in encouraging bad choices and mal adaptive behaviors to make sure anything associated with my life is sabotaged. Constantly I am bombarded by subtle and at times I feel even subliminal messages that I need to commit suicide or that homicide was the goal for my life. Yet the people that encourage behaviors, corrupt others (mainly those of color) manipulative, entrap, set up scenarios, foster destuptive ideals and behaviors remain unscathed and in positions of power and influence, doing their dirty work behind closed curtains. I have personally witnessed this by a priest, doctor, board member of a huge LGBT community organization, etc. Yet they are still living their worry free lives and I'm sure marching other unsuspecting influenceable youths and adults down a road that inevitably will never have a happy ending or chance for normalcy. So, I may be one the ones that go down in infamy and that I can and have to accept, but have no doubt that their will continue to be others who unfortunately will have similar fates, because killing the messenger will not kill the message that will still be delivered in anonymity. That type of misguided solution will inevitably collapse on itself when the problem continues with inadequate solutions. Then again seems to be the direction this country is heading. Countless people will perish by the hands of those that are supposed to help, foster, encourage and support the people. My hope is that one day rather than ostracizing individuals that are in their own rite victims as well, that they could be helped and mentored into a life that aligns with the values of the society when it is first observed, rather than following them around, shaming, and bullying them. Where employees were empowered to provide care, now it's all about the metrics (volume of the work), with no measurement (or apparent concern) for the quality of the work.

Advice to Management

Answer e-mail in a timely fashion: even if it is simply to say "I'll have a reply/answer by next week." E-mails often seem just to go into a black hole. ---- YOU SHOULD CHECK TO SEE IF YOUR OWN PROVIDER IS SHOWING ON GLASSDOOR for some reason. It's one of the only sites that employee reviews are not modified or deleted by companies.

Cons

Management and co workers care more about their status than fact. The HIV team falsifies numbers, Mobile testing doesn’t work more than 3 hours a day on the mobile unit, and could care less about the client. Testing goals are approximately 600 per month. There is no time to find out why people are putting themselves at risk. The team is misinformed an out the use of universal precautions and are putting their clients and staff at risk for blood related infections. Also, each client tested is a commission payment to the tester. So, each client tested isn’t even treated like a number, they are treated like another chunk added to the monthly paycheck. Staff is not properly trained. And management sees these problems, but does nothing to rectify the issues. I do not recommend sending clients here for care.

#1 : There is a smell the dogs can detect -- if you have cancer or not --- I am not sure if this would be an avenue to research for you.

So, I'm pretty certain that I may have some sort of cancer growing in me, but after multiple attempts of trying to get a referral to check things out, I gave up realizing that I would not get the help I needed. It made me question why I was attempting to get medical care when I could not even trust my own provider. Sooner than later I will be gone I am assured. What is supposed to happen has to happen I guess. One soldier can maybe win a battle, but can't win a war.
