It came through Facebook messenger messenger through Sheree Wunn it was a document on a branch through the US government which looked legit but evidently it was not and they were waiting for me to act and when I did Facebook warned me there somebody was on my page and to change my password well they watched me change my password they were watching me i got a new password then they changed it n put in their password that’s how I got locked out

There is also another thing that you might want to remember... from time to time, be sure to download your CONTENT ARCHIVE........ you can find that in the setup. IT TAKES EVERY PIC, EVERY VIDEO, EVERY LINK, EVERY LIKE, EVERY FRIEND CONNECTION ETC and puts it into a zip file --- you can download. Therefore, what you can do is APPLY THIS CONTENT ARCHIVE to a timeline of a RESTORED ACCOUNT and you don't lose everything.

Did you try to get customer service with facebook to interface with you on the password? You need to have the access the email account that you used. IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT that you keep your secutity settings to current email accounts. You can also attach a cell phone# to your facebook as well so that any changes like password etc.... requires an SMS Code to be sent to your phone before the changes can take place.
