This situation of holding the truth from the American People and the world's rational thinking mind's and global effort to fight HIV in this country is the craziest and insane attempt to bury the truth that I have ever encountered. When one here, such as I, just mentions the word "conspiracy", oh boy the wagons get circled by the establishment and it's a fight of cowboys and Indians. This is more an information warfare campaign than anything at this level. I had it out with LinkedIn who kept interfering with my posting activities and support ticketing. Flat out deleted, was I. I had

a one-way exchange with the CEO Jeff Weiner that had a route into free unlimited single item Inmail at the very same time I was interfaced to their support ticketing. How I got there was through a tweet where I mentioned that the standard of word use lexicon states that "LinkedIn allows for the use of the word 'Fuck' to be included as part of actual 'in operation' company name profiles" [ or to that meaning ]. I got a reply on twitter Not True and an invite to customer support to create a support ticket. That one tweet exchange is the turning point of this informational warfare battle I was having to find legitimacy in my posting activity. Eventually, they broke. Except for a few encounters where I have questions content being greyed out modified action intercepted by a human on the other end monitoring and listening to my activity, something happened that established that my creds are on key here to expose this conspiracy to be terminated. I could not tag my writing post across the platform to the account of @fbi which I had also been doing as well as direct commenting on FBI post and content.

One more action to the informational deliverance of these truths to the @FBI was to actually initiate an article directly in their name. [ https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/conspiracyexposedterminatesasap-james-driskill/ ] appearing blaring at the top of the page content tagged to the @FBI.

At this point, I am interplaying actions hidden by a content moderator to my new activity attempting to tag the @FBI when there was no tag available. I had taken already to their "report tips" page and made an official standing report. So that there could be no mistaking my focus and agenda, motives, and expected results of this to the authority of law and order of this government. I made a point of contention and quoted the archive of my support ticketing history with LinkedIn filed and they were about to get refiled for the interference of the truth. I obviously made my point when my piece of the puzzle that I am crafting here online reappeared and that an action was done by the content moderator working behind the scene actually performed the action of the "tag" to the @FBI onto the post. I never completed a successful tag. I have not had any interference from that point forward --- somehow we have forgotten the rules here of the First Amendment. It is being enforced that nothing that I am doing is illegal nor hidden. Everything on the other side of this informational warfare from the government's side of this informational status is secretive, suspicious, highly inappropriate, and harming our society. At this point, LinkedIn and the CEO Jeff Weiner have benched the realism truth that they hold "Moral Agency" onto these circumstances. At this point, Twitter Support is almost there. I do not need any actual reply or confirmation of a response to prove "moral agency" with this situation that the community is being "injured" by these circumstances. You all should really concede the truth and stop the attempt to get around the rules of order, rules of law, and the rules of decency. Pros

The community members living with HIV are some of the most dynamic and resilient people you may ever meet. Working with those who are still suffering profoundly impacts your deeply and personally. CAP has a mostly young vibe and the work is interesting due to its complex nature. Downtown location is convenient.

Cons

Management is hostile to the union represented staff. The organization only works with a narrow part of the community yet markets something different to look more comprehensive than it is. Much of upper management is threatened by change, is conflict avoidant to the point of dysfunction and is retaliatory when confronted. Often, people with poor skills are promoted to leadership and this creates frustration and a sense of unfairness highlighting backroom agreements meant to undermine. Morale is dreadful. In the past few years most staff have been fired, pressured to leave, or asked to work with compromised ethics. Gay, black, HIV+, and trans identified staff have been systematically marginalized. CAP treated HIV+ staff as second class citizens, ignored client request for change, and silences critics. If you go against CAP, even if justified, you will find it hard to work in the HIV community in Portland. The board is completely distant from the staff and the clients being served, and act condescending and unhelpful. You would think if 50% of the staff leave in a few months time, it might be a wake up call that there are big problems that can't be dismissed as "disgruntled" staff. Since CAP is the only game in town for HIV related needs, they have no checks and balances and no accountability when they injure the community they are claiming they serve.

Advice to Management

Stop displaying images and raising money through deception. Admit you do not serve the community at large and close your doors. CAP is not about HIV anymore, it's about retaining jobs and keeping people working at the expense of programing and directives that empower. If you want to be a LGBTQ health center then so be it, but do not pretend you are helping people living with HIV, because you are not. You are only focusing on addicts and the mentally ill. Also, an LGBTQ health group or HIV group with no gay or HIV+ leaders, or people of color managing direct services means you will be just like any other colonized public health care model that delivers incompetent care. The community does not need public health zombies, we have them already. We also do not need tokenized minorities to cover for the heteronormative, white, middle class faux professionalism that is the root of the HIV pandemic to begin with, and abundantly present in CAP management's ranks. There is a big problem when the public adores you and your clients and the community you claim to serve would rather go without then be at the mercy of a place they distrust and dislike.

Now what is wrong here is that you are remarkably silently working from a position that policy is not needed to be admended for the concerns and happenstance that has occurred and showing as negatively impacting clients of social service agencies of the Ryan White Care Act, which is erroneous. The Glassdoor review that speals this dysfuctional ahency to client interface that needs some mediation to rebuild trust is the negative outlook employee review on Glassdoor for Cascade Aids Project titled: Disappointment and Mendacity.

Read For Yourself how this employe reflects on how the employee tier interface level is affecting the client tier level relationship.
