On the date of Wednesday September 16th 2020 at 5pm, the date and time that Mike Bires makes the projection finally to open the conversation between us --- this after I have been treated like shit again through two voice calls that were recorded. The bias is obvious -- it is so so clear. But as the conversation keep a tracking that Mr. Bires agenda in these calls did not take into his mind a single word -- except to which he was phishing for.

Why should I bear all of that abuse and not demand respect to have a proper apology for this madness he holds in bias and hate against me?

The agreement we finally made -- after really the man has some kind of mental madness issue against me -- when he cannot do what is his job at the San Bernardino County District Attorney's Office.

He is to take to first read the document from NIH into his mind then take that document and his understanding of what it says , and place that document into procedures to an introduction meeting with the local San Bernardino Police Department.

What is so hard about that? The matters of Social Media and Security matters are DIRECTLY RELATED to that document. The fact that he knows exactly what I needed from the beginning -- I would not accept such dismissal authority -- he threatened me arrest and all of this nonsense -- why should I have to be one to accept such abuse of his authority and that he does not need to apologize for this --??
