I really need help, but everywhere I turn, I am being given the bush off. Apparently, I need some kind of SECRET PASSCODE or key to just begin to have a conversation. No one will create the path of confer to that conversation. No one is professional, and I just can not figure out that the DOCTORS will LIE through their hypocritic oath -- turn me away -- to die.

I have over and over and over -- tried to reset my doctor's care in HIV.

You are aware of that document right? So, you would aspire to the "identification of barriers" concept -- you would not just turn me away, like everyone else -- right?

I am dying from HIV disease -- unable to get a trustworthy doctor care since my doctor who had been involved in actually treating my disease TERMINATED MY CARE UNJUSLY, UNETHICALLY, and ILLEGALLY in March of 2019. I have not had HIV Doctor Care, although I have attempted to reset my care several times, They are refusing to follow the basic HIV Treatment rules and there is something wicked this was done.
