I get swelling like that sometimes, mostly in the right leg and foot but sometimes left. I've been able to successfully treat it by taking sodium bicarbonate, as if it's gout, the buildup of uric acid crystals in joints. If left unattended, it is really painful. Sodium bicarbonate makes in go away in a few days. The swelling is the result of DEW attack. It took several instances and people's advice for me to understand that. That may or may not work for you. It's worth a try. I don't get help from professionals, either.

A lot of cities have that problem. Clint Eastwood made a movie about that more than 50 years ago.

The INSPECTION of JAIL HOUSE CELLS with MISSING SMOKE DETECTORS is one that I do not understand. I Reference the Code- -- But I have no faith that any civil society connection will receive and respond to my calling for a correction here.

The infiltration of hate groups [ gang ] membership in law enforcement is outrageous when you receive the reporting from the Los Angeles County involvments.

Yeah, these jails are like Egyptian underground torture chambers. Hard to believe in this day and age. Our county jail is about to get replaced. People are always dying or getting killed there.

The Chalkboard notes something in view --- The Smoke Detectors were removed from 24 Cells in the Infirmary Section of the Georgetown Jail for Williamson County. In these 24 cells, there is actually avail AC Power -- assuming they were installed so that medical equipment [ heart monitors etc ] could be installed. In that the SMOKE DETECTORS were removed, and the access to POWER -- places these cells to the possible future -- TORTURE CHAMBERS.

That's great! I was a trucker for many years. The police here have tried to cart me away a few times. I told them I'd rather they just shot me in the head. I look them in the eye when I say it, and I'm not kidding. They haven't arrested me. It helped that I hadn't done anything illegal.

I do not agree with the concept of "defunding the police" --- defund is not even a word. The focus should be on Defunct -- or eliminating the things in policing that is not working. I am responding in public to the National Police Assocation --- my efforts to bring forward these matters were just ignored.

Avoidance --- well I was an Inmate at that Williamson County TX Jail and what happened there --- the truth that I would not shut up --- they ended up dismissing the charges ---

Police, prosecutors' offices and jails in Texas, Oklahoma and Kansas are downright terrible, and definitely to be avoided. That's part of what this page is about.

I live in Edmond, OK in Oklahoma County, OK. It's one of the wealthiest communities in the country per capita. Police and the other city services tell me they're shorthanded. I couldn't get the cops to take information about a hit and run accident unless I knew it caused someone to die, they told me, because they're working more accident cases than they can handle. So, don't expect much out of people like that. However well intended they might be, they get more inquiries than they can work.

I would be nice to get Williamson County TX Sheriff's Office to engage in their messenger content.

Background

Gangstalking refers to a novel persecutory belief system wherein sufferers believe that they are being followed, watched, and harassed by a vast network of people in their community who have been recruited as complicit perpetrators. They are frequently diagnosed as mentally ill, although they reject this formulation. Those affected by this belief system self-identify as targeted individuals (TIs). They seek to prove the veracity of their persecution and dispute the notion that they are mentally ill by posting videos online that purport to provide evidence of their claims.
Introduction

Gangstalking refers to a persecutory belief system wherein those affected believe they are being followed, watched, and harassed by many people in their community who have been recruited into a network of complicit perpetrators [1]. In contrast to traditional forms of stalking that are usually organized by a single person [2], sufferers of gangstalking are unable to identify a responsible individual and experience it as a widely distributed and coordinated effort of co-conspirators.

Those affected gather in online communities to support each other and co-construct, develop, and contest the gangstalking belief system. The community members use a specialized lexicon to describe their experiences and to signal membership in the community of those affected. For example, the term “gangstalking” is used to describe the system of persecution, a “targeted individual (TI)” denotes the subject of the harassment, while those who participate in the intimidation are known as “perpetrators” or “perps” [3].

People affected by gangstalking report that the experience is extremely distressing. The campaign of harassment is frequently experienced as the accumulation of numerous otherwise innocuous acts, such as people clearing their throat, muttering under their breath, or giving lingering glances as they pass on the street. Because each of these acts may individually be passed off as unremarkable and mundane, TIs find it difficult to prove the existence of the harassment. When they come to clinical attention, they are frequently diagnosed with psychiatric illness and their belief systems are labeled as persecutory delusions [4]. However, TIs interpret such diagnoses as part of a gangstalking plan; by making them appear mentally ill, they are further discredited and stigmatized.
Conclusions

These data provide insight into a novel persecutory belief system. Interpersonal concerns are important for people affected, and they construe others as either sympathetic or hostile. They create positive ambient affiliation with viewers. We found that vloggers use multimodal deixis to illustrate the salience of the belief system. The videos highlighted the Derridean concept of différance, wherein the meaning of polysemous signifiers is deferred without definitive resolution. This may be important in communicating with people and patients with persecutory belief systems. Clinicians may consider stepping away from the traditional true/false dichotomy endorsed by psychiatric classification systems and focus on the ambiguity in semiotic systems generally and in persecutory belief systems specifically.
